The idea of the photo expedition organized by the Fund Liberty.SU is to travel with the yacht "Freelancer" through the European part of Russia from White sea to Black sea and to document (using photography and multimedia) the contemporary life in this part of Russia. This year (2013) the expedition has finished the first (northern) half of the water route - from Saint-Peterburg via White Sea to Kazan (middle Volga). The last half is planned to the next (2014) year. Many thanks to the guys - Oleg Klimov, Alexander Aksakov and Artem Lezhepekov for the opportunity to participate in the expedition, for cordiality and hospitality. Thanks to Konstantin Benediktov and Katya Bogachevskaya, who have provided this opportunity, and to Alexey Myakishev, Katya Solovieva, Dmitry Tkachuk and Eugeny Petrachkov for the partnership :) within the project and exhibition. Unfortunately I could participate in the little part due to lack of time (I had only 2 weeks). But anyway it was very cool and I really hope that still will have the opportunity to get to "Freelancer" in the next year.
